The competition, held by The British Association of Removers (BAR) is in its seventh year and is the UK’s most esteemed annual domestic removals award. The winner was announced on Saturday 23rd May during the prestigious Gala Dinner and Awards evening that took place in the Titanic Centre Belfast.

Removal Quotations - the layout, the information and clarity provided to customers.
Knowledge and professionalism of staff – this was reviewed through telephone and email based mystery shopping.
Commitment to customer service, customer feedback and satisfaction – customers were interviewed over the telephone, and face to face.
Site visit – to review the processes used to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
